I aim to work collaboratively with you to tailor the treatment according to your needs and goals, whether it may be symptom relief or deeper and meaningful life change. I am familiar with different types of evidenced-based therapeutical interventions, such as CBT and Schema Therapy and I believe in the combination of different therapeutical approaches. However, I am particularly focused on working with psychodynamics and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) frameworks. Studies indicate that this type of therapy enhances physical health and energy, improves the quality of interpersonal relationships, and boosts emotional well-being.
