I offer individual psychotherapy for adults both in person and online, providing flexible and accessible support to meet your needs.
I aim to work collaboratively with you to tailor the treatment according to your needs and goals, whether it may be symptom relief or deeper and meaningful life change. I am familiar with different types of evidenced-based therapeutical interventions, such as CBT and Schema Therapy and I believe in the combination of different therapeutical approaches. However, I am particularly focused on working with psychodynamics and Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) frameworks. Studies indicate that this type of therapy enhances physical health and energy, improves the quality of interpersonal relationships, and boosts emotional well-being.
